Our standards are high when it comes to providing the best quality promotional goods on the market, so your experience as our client is important to us. Therefore, we provide several options to get in touch with customer service agents if you are having trouble with your purchase and/or logo. We have created some handy pages for you to explain all about the order process, printing and your logo. Next to these pages we provide several contact options for you to choose from.You can reach us via phone, email, chat, or contact form. The general waiting time for a reply is approximately 30 minutes as we aim to reply as quickly as possible. To ensure the best service, each of our customers will be given their own Account Manager to look after their project, so you don't have to worry about being bounced around by different agents.
