Order process
At Loopper we differentiate two order processes. The direct order and the inquiry.
The direct order:
When placing a direct order, the first step will be a product choice. When having decided on the product of choice, the color, amount and the printing options, click on order now. This will transfer you to your shopping basket. Click on the button “proceed with checkout” or go back to the website to continue shopping. After clicking the proceed button, we require you to provide your email address. After filling in your mail address, you will be redirected to the next step. Step 2 consists of filling in your information and uploading your logo. After having checked your details and the uploaded file, go ahead and click next. You will now be taken to payment method, choose your payment and click order now. Follow the steps until you get conformation of payment. Your order has been placed, the next step will be the digital sample. Your account manager will provide you with a digital sample. After approval of this digital sample we will start production.
Inquiry
For the inquiry the process will be slightly different. The first step for an inquiry is made very easy, you fill in your name, contact details and upload your logo. In the comment box you can add any additional comments or questions. Click the “inquire now” button and wait for us to contact you. Within an hour one of our account managers will contact you with your digital sample. It is now up to you to go ahead with your order. When approving the digital sample, your order will be automatically placed. Your account manager will follow up with an invoice and instructions for payment. After payment has been received we will go ahead with starting production.
