The products are good but what really makes me impressed with Looper is the customer support. They are efficient, honest with the conditions of benefit of each product and very fast at searching solutions.

The planning process was very hands on, the purchasing process was very transparent and we were always up to date during production and shipment. The overall experience was great. Would always do it again. Last but not least, it was very pleasant to work with the Looper team.
