What effect does COVID-19 have on orders?
At Loopper we have taken the neccessary actions to deal with effects of the corona virus (COVID-19) and we empathize with the affected people. Because of the uncertainty it brings, we decided to clarify some questions you might have.
- Can I still order products?
Yes, we are at full capacity and will work from home and our office to make sure you will receive your products in time and in good fashion.
- Is the stock affected by the ongoing events?
No, most of our products are in stock and can be produced. Your account manager will give you updates on the status of your order if needed.
- Is the delivery time of my order affected?
No, we will still be able to deliver on time. Since our delivery is outsourced, we can not guarantee any issues regarding to COVID-19, but we will be paying close attention and do our best to prevent any delays in your order.
- What happens when the virus continues to spread?
For now, we are following the national guidelines. Some of us are working from home where others safely work at the office so we will be available for all your questions. We will keep you updated in case of any further developments.
